1. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued by Kiki’s Industrial Chemicals Ltd are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and freight unless explicitly stated.

2. Product Specifications & Grades

Chemical specifications, CAS numbers, and grades (Industrial, Technical, Food Grade) are detailed on individual Technical Data Sheets (TDS). Buyers are responsible for verifying chemical grade suitability for their intended process prior to order confirmation.

3. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimated in good faith. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon receipt of goods at the designated delivery location or upon collection from our Nairobi warehouse.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
